Banana Chai Smoothie.
Are you as much of a Chai-lover as I am? And if so, I promise you, you will love this smoothie as well! Perfect for the warm season - relaxing and sipping your refreshing banana chai smoothie on the balcony.
Bananas, Chai Spice Mix and vanilla yoghurt, add some of those healthy chia seeds and your almost done!

You need.
180g vanilla yoghurt
1 tbsp low fat quark
1 sip of milk
2 bananas
1 tsp Masala Chai Spice Mix
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
4 ice cubes
Instructions.
Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until everything is smooth. Milk is optional, but helps making the smoothie thinner so you can enjoy it with a straw. If you like a thick consistency, leave out the milk.

If you don't have chia seeds, no problem - although they are veeeery healthy and therefore highly recommendable :) Chia seeds are exceptionally rich in nutrients and perfect for a healthy diet!
Pour smoothie into two glasses and serve with a nice straw.
